AENM.org is a nonprofit distributor alliance pledging to uphold and honor ethical business practices and fair competition in network marketing. AENM.org provides a measure of visible accountability for all those involved in the network marketing industry.
The fate of the network marketing industry lies in the hands of rank and file distributors. Join AENM.org and help us keep network marketing a honorable and profitable business for all.
Apart from our membership and PR services for the industry, AENM.org offers no other products or services.
AENM.org members pledge to...
- avoid the use of negative advertising or the use of other network marketing company names or those of other network marketers without clear evidence to substantiate the relevance of any statements made.
- only make claims about products and/or services that have been tested and verified and will cite such evidence for any and all product claims made.
- refrain from making income claims, outright or implied, without also clearly noting average earnings. If no average earnings can be documented no claims shall be made or implied.
- honor all published guarantees and warranties.
- honor the downline relationship by refraining from offering other services or opportunities to those downline members or customers not personally enrolled. This includes taking efforts to be aware of any conflicts and to disclose when a referral will earn a commission of any amount.
- be up front and honest about investment costs including costs typically required to run and promote the business. Members reject position buy-ins, front end loading, price gauging or other practices that would require a prospect to purchase products or services not typically sellable in a 60 day period.
Who Can Join?
AENM.org is primarily for distributors and marketers of network marketing companies. Network marketing companies may not join directly though their owners and staff may. AENM.org cares more about personal accountability and wants to prevent corporations from hijacking our mission.
Alliance Benefits
Several levels of benefits will be offered. These included the ability to use an AENM.org verification on sites and in ads - showing your prospects and customers that you support a clean and honorable network marketing industry and are accountable to the same.
Membership Costs
AENM.org is not a profit venture. Annual membership costs will be easily affordable for network marketers worldwide.
